No Drama, Just Llama

Llama Productions is my creative home — a small, independent studio run by me, Travis. I started the company back in 2017, and for reasons I can’t fully explain, named it after a llama. But over time, the name has proven fitting.

Llamas don’t do what they don’t believe in. They trust their instincts. They’re independent, observant, and sometimes a little stubborn. That mindset shapes how I work.

I focus on storytelling with a journalistic backbone — visual, honest, and curious. I believe in exploring new formats and ideas, but not in chasing trends for their own sake. Whether it’s a short documentary, an interactive learning experience, or something entirely new, the goal is always to create something meaningful.

If that resonates with you, let’s talk.

About

A person wearing a dark baseball cap and holding a camera, standing in a doorway. Another person in a plaid shirt and cap is partially visible in the foreground. A fire extinguisher sign is on the wall beside the doorway.

I’m Travis — a Danish-Aussie filmmaker, videojournalist, and curious observer. I run Llama Productions, where I combine a journalistic eye with a visual instinct to create stories that feel honest and human.

Over the years, I’ve worked with global organizations and small teams, on fast turnarounds and long-form projects. No matter the scale, I’m driven by the same thing: a good story, told well.

Llama is a flexible hub that adapts to each project. Depending on the needs, I bring in trusted collaborators to lift the story and bring it to life. That’s also why I write we throughout the site — most projects are collaborative by nature, and I believe the best work happens when ideas are shared and voices are heard.
