The film follows the textile journey behind a T-shirt and asks what disappears from view once clothes land in our wardrobes.
Approach
The project was self-financed and supported by Open Puljen, made during the pandemic under intense constraints. Production began in India, but the team had to leave after just a few days. Even so, early contacts and scenes from that first stretch became part of the final piece, while the rest of the film was re-imagined and shot under lockdown with a very small budget at Travis' parents-in-law's house in under a week.
Outcome
Created for Globale Gymnasier, the film is still being used today. It remains a good example of the kind of work Llama Productions makes when resourcefulness matters as much as craft.
